Secretary's Report was read and accepted; by Mindy Gagner

Treasurer’s Report; Norm White

· Matt Applebaum lost his gas receipts after he was hit coming home from Winni.  They got tangled up with his insurance papers and he doesn’t have them.  There was discussion as to reimburse him for gas as he was a boater and therefore entitled to reimbursement up to $500 with receipts.  The average paid to other boaters was approximately $450.  A motion was made to pay$300 and was not seconded.  Another motion was made to pay Matt $450.  The second motion was seconded and passed.

· A second issue with payment to the State Team was that Tim Austin pulled Chad Brosseau’s boat to and from the tournament. A motion was made and accepted to pay Tim for truck gas and Chad for boat gas both with receipts and not to exceed $500 total.

· There was discussion about paying the State Team more but that was tabled until next month when Norm is here.

· I looked into the prices of Green Acres and the Super 8 for next year’s Regional’s and found out that Green Acres is $70 a night and the Super 8 is $100 and they charge extra to plug in boats.  We decided to book Green Acres and I will call them to reserve.

· We worked on dates for next year’s tournaments and tried to base them around some that we already knew about:
