weekend is September 26th and 27th. The State will not
issue any tournament permits for that weekend.

F&W commissioner is trying to get permit fees on a sliding scale.

State Team
deposits are due at the April 13th Federation meeting at the Gro=
und
Round.

The survey
responses were discussed and how they related to the STQ on Magog. Due to s=
plit
responses it was felt a dual draw is doable. A motion was made and carried =
to
have a dual draw for the STQ on Magog. The draw will be split between fishe=
rmen
wanting to be able to fish Canadian waters and those who don’t.

All STQ applications and fees must be mail=
ed to
Frank Scalise and received by him no later then Aug 1st. No
Exceptions.

New Business
·
A new club has been formed in Shaft=
sbury
called the Lake Dunmore Bassmasters. Thy have requested Frank to attend a
meeting to discuss joining the federation.

with Matt on the State Team Budget for the year and Tim on the youth budget=

Austin to be one of the only 13 states to have the youth membership package=

on time and receive there youth merchandise package.

club vs club tournament on July 19th. So far GMB, CVB and CCBM a=

results that were sent out about the TOC and Magog and how to handle it.
